Yang Zhou Tian Zhong Silicon-crystal Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter called Tian Zhong SiTech), is a professional manufacturer including design, fabrication and commission of production facilities used for crystal material, which belongs to Shanghai Tian Zhong Heavy-duty machinery (Group) Co., Ltd.
Tian Zhong group has a rich science and technology strength. It has its own designing institute and a technological team with all kinds of professional persons of rich experience and good educational level as well as a technical team with senior technicians under the leadership of a doctor honored. Since 1980s, we always keep long-term and comprehensive cooperation with many inland and international famous manufacturers and research institutes and universities. Tian Zhong group contains an area of 220 000m2 and has more than 1200 employees including a group of senior professional engineers and managerial and administrative person, which has the products with independent property right and industrial scale production capacity.
After careful and deep-going exploration and practice as well as the introduction of high level experts, Tian Zhong SiTech has developed serial products of monocrystalline silicon growing furnace with high quality and reliability and carried out batch production which has been launched into market.
